ELW - Elizabeth Wines Ltd.

Client - any person, company or body which conduct business with ELWines.

Goods and Ratings

'+' - Goods marked are to be sold under special sales conditions. Those goods are generally sold only to members (See membership section).

Ratings are provided for reference. ELW do not guarantee they are accurate and latest.

Maturity are provided for reference only and rated from 1 - 5 (fully matured). They are subjective and are not guaranteed.

Sales & Payment

All sales are subject to ELW's final confirmation. All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold. All Orders received are considered final.

Client placing of an order confirms that he/she is legal to buy alcohol in Hong Kong.

Full Payment must be received before delivery. Cheque payment must be settled before an invoice is considered paid.

Delivery

Orders with value less than $3500 are subject to $150 or more (depending on location) for delivery. No wines are stored in our office and collection at our office is not possible.

Free delivery is granted to any order with value above $3500 to any address to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Please consult our sales team for delivery to outlying islands.

Delivery can be scheduled on the next business day provided full payment is received before 4.00pm.

Membership

Membership is granted after :

1. An accumulated purchase of HKD 50,000.00, or

2. An accumulated purchase of HKD 20,000.00 with joining our regular wine dinners.

Substantial discount are provided to members.

Force Majeure

ELW is not liable for any failure to meet our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Law Jurisdictions

All contracts are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
